This automated pork jerky production line requires 12 units Delta Robot Among them, 6 units Hornet565 used for pork jerky sorting, 3 units Hornet565 used for packing, and 3 units Quattro S650h used for pork jerky weighting.

Control Technology
Through ACE histogram judgment of stacked materials, do not pick up, enter the return material area, after sorting, separate the stacked materials, and feed them to the robot for picking. If the pork jerky cannot be picked up: Add a negative pressure detection function to determine if the pork jerky has been picked up. If not, re-pick a piece. Use robot vision to determine if the material is sufficient. When there is no material or insufficient material supply, the material supply conveyor belt stops running.
