Factors Affecting Sensor Measurement Accuracy
Generally, the actual static characteristic output of a sensor is a curve rather than a straight line. In actual work, in order for the instrument to have a uniform scale reading, a fitted straight line is often used to approximately represent the actual characteristic curve. Linearity (non-linear error) is a performance indicator of this approximation. There are several methods for selecting the fitted straight line. For example, the theoretical straight line connecting the zero input and full-scale output points can be used as the fitted straight line; or the theoretical straight line whose sum of squares of deviations from each point on the characteristic curve is minimized can be used as the fitted straight line. This fitted straight line is called the least squares fitting straight line.

A relay is an electrical control device that, when the input (excitation) changes to meet specified requirements, causes a predetermined step change in the controlled variable in the electrical output circuit. It has an interactive relationship between the control system (also known as the input circuit) and the controlled system (also known as the output circuit). It is commonly used in automated control circuits and is essentially an "automatic switch" that uses a small current to control the operation of a large current. Therefore, it plays a role in automatic adjustment, safety protection, and circuit switching in the circuit.

Characteristics of isolation switches
When repairing electrical equipment, provide an electrical isolation and a clearly visible disconnect point to ensure the personal safety of maintenance personnel [3]. 2. Isolating switches cannot be operated under load: They cannot be operated under rated load or heavy load, and cannot switch on/off load current and short-circuit current. However, those with arc-extinguishing chambers can be operated under light load and no-load lines.
